By requesting an estimate or booking a service through this website, you agree that all information shown here is illustrative and subject to confirmation during a free on-site walkthrough. No service is scheduled, and no charge is incurred, until Bell Mowing & Landscaping LLC and the customer agree on a written or verbal scope of work and price.

Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property (including gate codes, pet control, and clearing the work area of obstacles) on the scheduled service date. Bell Mowing & Landscaping LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, restricted property access, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, and we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule promptly when this occurs.

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
